    ABOUT THE TEAM

     

    The Global Premium Hub - Center of Expertise is a division of SAP’s Cloud Success Services Group. The Global Premium Hub - CoE provides meticulous, strategic services to SAP’s largest customers operating on the most complex SAP landscapes. We interact with individuals at every level of the customer’s organization in order to meet the customer’s needs. The role of a Premium Hub - CoE team member is demanding and requires passionate individuals with the strongest technical expertise and excellent analytical and communication skills. The role is tasked with planning, architecting, analyzing, optimizing, and safeguarding our customers’ SAP solutions.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

     

    Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Associate Support Engineer

     

    Location: Newtown Square, PA

     

    Expected Start Date: November 2022

     

    Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months

     

    • Support the US Premium Hub - CoE customers and team members
    • Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs
    • Adapt to and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines
    • Take initiative (self-starter), drive results and accept increasing levels of responsibility
    • Problem solve, learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively

     

    WHO YOU ARE

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

    • Upcoming (either 2022 or 2023) or recent graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar degree
    • Strong preference for completion of SAP course work at an SAP University Alliance School
    • Must be able to work as a team player yet have the ability to work independently
    • Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach
    • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening
