ABOUT THE TEAM

Americas Business Area Controlling is seeking a motivated and high-energy student to support the North America region. The Intern will provide operational support to our Controlling Team and local business unit(s). The right team player for this role brings a passion for operational excellence, great attention to detail, and proven ability to work and connect with people across the organization in a fast-paced and “change management”-driven environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Area Controlling

Location: Newtown Square, PA

Expected Start Date: June 2022

Contract Duration: 6 months  

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Be responsible for the operation of daily office functions and duties, including active and autonomous administrative support to the Team
• Support Controllers during Month End Close/ Quarter End Close/ Forecasting/ Budget processes
• May perform and/or administer some special projects in collaboration with various staff and departments
• Managing internal and potentially external correspondence
• Manage shared drives and communities
• Other operational activities

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Must be a university student currently enrolled and graduating in 2023-24
• Good command of MS Office, specifically high level in Excel
• Fluent in English (Oral and written)
• Good communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proactive and able to identify and solve problems
