    ABOUT THE TEAM

     

    The goal of the Customer Advocacy Team is to support the Global Customer Success Partners (CSPs) with customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and references across the Intelligent Suite (SAP Digital Supply Chain, SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud). In this role, you will learn about the different core dimensions of what it means to build a Customer Community and ensure that content is being delivered to stakeholders in an engaging and timely manner. You will help to manage internal and external-facing content pages and liaise with a variety of teams to ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and reaching the intended audience.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Communications and Content Management

    Location: Hudson Yards, NY or Virtual US

    Expected Start Date: December 2021

    Contract Duration: 6 months

     

    In this role, you’ll:

     

    The intern will support our Global Customer Success Partners (CSPs) to build best-in-class customer experiences, with a focus on the areas listed below:

    • Content management: maintain internal knowledge platform cross Lobs, customer-facing and internal web pages, and “engage” inboxes
    • Communications: create and distribute newsletters, maintain internal communications around content updates, KPI reporting and engagement initiatives
    • Analytics: track and manage customer content engagement analytics
    • Webpage maintenance: update content on internal and external webpages
    • Email Communications: assist with managing and responding or routing stakeholder inquiries coming to general “engage” inboxes

     

    WHO YOU ARE:

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

    • You are a currently enrolled student at a university
    • Studying preferably in the fields: Commerce or Communications-related Bachelors degree (e.g., Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Writing).
    • Language skills: Business fluent in English and other languages are an asset
    • Strong business communications and writing skills
    • Team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction
    • Good communication/writing, problem-solving and organization skills
    • Passionate about customer experience and engagement!
    • Ability to work virtually with a global team across multiple time zones
    • Basic design skills such as Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Video editing are preferable
    • Experience with SharePoint
