ABOUT THE TEAM

SAP Mission Critical Support (MCS), a subdivision of SAP Product Engineering, has the objective to safeguard customers encountering critical situations.

What you’ll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Communications for SAP Mission Critical Support Location: Newtown Square, PA / Virtual Expected Start Date: June 2021 Contract Duration: 6 months

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

During the internship, you would work with the escalation managers to streamline and consolidate written communication and documentation.

For this role, we are looking for passionate people with a strong business sense and great communication skills. This role provides you opportunities to gain deep insight into the actual operation of a world class support organization.

• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Attention to detail is required

• Major in communication and/or law
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required for this role
