    POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern - Customer-Facing Unit, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud

    LOCATION: NEWTOWN SQUARE– please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: September 20, 2021 - March 25, 2021

     

    In this role, you’ll:

     

    PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

     

    The SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) organization is a leading-edge, HIGH visibility business at SAP and is core to the Company strategy for the future. This position provides support to the Managed Cloud Delivery Customer Facing Units in countries around the world in the support of HEC customers. Expectations & Tasks Responsibilities include: -Creating Management reports to support monthly financial goals and customer status -Processing requests pertaining to financial data -Executing reports to analyze data quality -Following through on discrepancies to ensure compliance -Publication of customer & team information to internal stakeholders -Collaborating with Customer Facing Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction -Additional short-term projects as required

    RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    Skills / Competencies

    • Self-motivated -Advanced in MS Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience in MS Excel Charts, Functions and Pivot Tables
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Able to follow up on missed action items with colleagues in various countries Educational Requirements
    • Candidates are enrolled in a degree program applicable to the position with a minimum completion of 3 semesters
