WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern– Customer Marketing
Location: Remote/Virtual (United States)
Expected start date to end date: February 2023 – July 2023
Work Schedule: 30 – 40 HRS/Week
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:
Support solution area leads in delivering post-sale, one-to-many campaigns focused on driving adoption/consumption with our existing customers
Deliver analysis on customer adoption data (i.e., NPS) and campaign performance (email open rates, click-through rates, etc.)
Engage with regional stakeholders to secure approval for campaign execution.
Assist in development and execution of internal and external program communications in multiple channels.
Manage customer engagement and tracking for the SAP Innovation Awards program
Develop copywriting for blogs, articles and newsletters about the SAP Innovation Awards program and customer stories
Support the development of podcasts including content, production and distribution
Support virtual event planning and logistics
Support marketing operations by maintaining collaboration and resource sites
Ensure alignment of key stakeholders throughout various levels of the organization on strategic programs from planning and execution to measuring/tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) when applicable
WHO YOU ARE:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Strong communication, analytic and interpersonal skills
Copywriting interest/ experience
Experienced in Microsoft Office software applications
Project management experience
Knowledge of the software industry
Ability to manage projects and timelines, alignment with key stakeholders
Ability to build, leverage and maintain a network of SAP internal and external contacts and working relationships
Business acumen - understanding of tactical execution of marketing plans with ability to deliver on goals
Education: Business Marketing, or Communications or Masters in topic areas such as Marketing, Communications, Technical Communications, Marketing Communications, English, etc.

COMPENSATION RANGE TRANSPARENCY: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
