ABOUT THE TEAM 

SAP’s HR Business Partner (HRBP) team is a global organization supporting executives of all levels across different board areas within SAP. The HRBP team for the Customer Success board area is seeking a HR PMO Intern to support projects and programs. 

The HRBP PMO Intern will support the Customer Success People PMO & the Office of Head of Customer Success People to drive strategic and operational projects and programs. 

The HRBP PMO Intern will provide strategic HR consulting, support and services to the Customer Success business unit and People & Organizational strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Success HR Business Partner PMO LOCATION: Newtown Square, PA (virtual/remote considered)  EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: March 1st, 2023 – September 2023 (40 HOURS PER WEEK) 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Support and drive strategic global initiatives under Global Head of Customer Success People, CS People PMO and CS HR Business partners. 
• Support the CS People Strategy and the transformation of GPSS through strategic projects and initiatives. 
• Ensure high level of deliverable quality in communications, reporting (Enterprise Analytics, SuccessFactors, D&I dashboard, etc.), presentations for HR, SAP Executive Board, Office of the Customer Success Board Member, executive CS leadership, and our CS employees.
• Reporting and Analysis of Talent KPIs and data; Management of Digital Boardroom content for People & Organization. 
• Partner with CS HRBPs and business leaders to spotlight and scale “next practices”.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  •    Qualified applicants must be in pursuit of (or recently graduated from) a bachelor’s or master’s level degree program  •    Major or concentration in HR, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field is required.  •    Prior HR related internship or leadership experience is strongly preferred.  •    The selected candidate must be available to work 40 hours/week for a 6-month term beginning in March or April of 2023.  •    Candidates local to Newtown Square, PA are preferred (other locations considered)

COMPENSATION RANGE TRANSPARENCY: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
