    ABOUT THE TEAM

     

    Executive Board Office of SAP Customer Success (CS) supports SAP Board Member to lead, drive, and influence all areas of the company’s sales, services, partner, and customer engagement organization globally across 180+ countries and 25+ industries.

    We are looking for an exceptional strategic programs intern that can help further the SAP mission and can support the culture we want to maintain at this great company. As the Strategic Programs Intern for Office of Customer Success, you will support with the strategy, execution and daily business activities for the Customer Success Board Area. In this role, you’ll also partner closely with CS Board Office team members globally to drive a collaborative and value driven outcome for SAP.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    Position title: SAP iXp Intern -  Customer Success Strategic Programs

    Location:  New York, New York

    Expected start date: July 25, 2022

    Duration: 6 months - 1 year

     

    IN THIS ROLE,

     

     

    • Act as a strategist, consultant, and team player to help ensure a streamlined execution across the SAP Customer Success organization in the Executive Board Office.
    • Support the Executive Board Office team with strategic projects
    • Prepare market and industry analysis, project management, and executive reports
    • Gain exposure by working with SAP experts and leaders globally
    • Cross-team support in daily business activities

    • Able to deliver on commitment and willingness to learn fast across multiple sources
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure according to the changing business priorities
    • Project management skills for coordinating projects and facilitating teamwork with internal and external stakeholders across geographies and cultures
    • Strong analytical skills, integrity, and team spirit
    • Experienced in working effectively with virtual teams
