What you’ll do:

As the Design Strategist Intern in the SAP Design Go-To-Market and Strategy team, you will be responsible for supporting activities, events and content creation on the topic. You will work with both external and internal stakeholders to communicate the value proposition and drive business success of the Design portfolio.

The Design team drives SAP’s user experience and design strategy, enables design-driven product development across SAP with award-winning SAP Fiori, supports the design-led development approach of SAP Leonardo, and provides tools and Design Thinking methodology to scale design at SAP and for our customers.

Drive internal and external efforts with Design Strategy including:

• Researching market trends, competitive analysis and internal efforts as relates to User Experience and Design
• Cascading SAP’s corporate strategy and initiatives to User Experience and Design strategy
• Aligning and syndicating across functional stakeholders and external constituents

Support the UX Solutions through GTM life-cycle activities including but not limited to:

• Pricing and commercialization of solutions
• Conducting customer and partner feedback sessions
• Identifying trends and market needs to synthesize them into the solution definition
• Working cross-functionally with Design line of business stakeholders to ensure alignment in execution efforts

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Current juniors or seniors in bachelor’s degree programs; 1-2 years in software strategy, design strategy or product management
• Experience creating strategy or marketing content
• Worked in an innovative and fast paced environment at a start-up or within a large enterprise software company
• Exposure to user experience, design and design thinking
• Management consulting experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with ability to structure, syndicate and communicate
• Collaborative and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to think strategically as well as execute with a sense of urgency
• Excellent English (both written and spoken)
