ABOUT THE TEAM

SAP is looking for a passionate, motivated, and articulate second-year student, currently on course for a 2:1 degree with keen interest and working in a fast-paced and exciting environment. POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern - Digital Business Services Associate

LOCATION: Virtual US

EXPECTED START DATE: April 2023

DURATION: 6 months

IN THIS ROLE,

As a Digital Business Services Associate, you'll be working as part of a global, driven, and diverse team. Key responsibilities include managing operations, reporting, and managing dashboarding for a growing global services business. You will have the opportunity to contribute to regional customer experience projects and support marketing and communication activities, including driving strategy for creative & digital assets. By working closely on the digital enablement program, supporting idea creation, and driving operational execution around local/regional/global initiatives, you will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders in the organization and have a large degree of autonomy in ideas development, using new methodologies such as exploration and design thinking. You will be exposed to how a large works and learn how to successfully navigate it. Engage with the SAP AI team for updates, knowledge, and expertise to enhance the SAP S/4HANA cloud AI Bot including. daily monitoring and continuous training of the Bot discover new opportunities to use AI functionality to help the Community run better, answer questions more accurately, and build functionality into the Bot to integrate it with different S/4HANA Cloud resources.

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Business, accounting, IT experience/working knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
• Strong proficiency in MS office (Especially excel)
• Time management skills
• Effective communicator
• Ability to work to deadlines and within budget

COMPENSATION RANGE TRANSPARENCY: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
