    Take advantage of this unique opportunity to be part of SAP’s newly formed Digital Customer Office (DCO) within the Intelligent Enterprise Customer Experience Solutions Team (CXS). Working closely with the Global Vice President of the DCO and the Landscape Pillar lead, the Graduate Associate will engage to enable critical planning, day-to-day operations, project management, communications, and change management efforts to drive the execution of SAP’s Simplified Digital Customer Experience Strategy,   

     

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS  

    This 6+ month internship/co-op will provide hands-on opportunities for exposure with contributions to the delivery of tangible business journey and landscape simplification, improved internal/external customer satisfaction, and measurable business value. This includes, but is not limited to:   •    Assist the DCO Landscape Pillar Lead with Project Management tasks. •    Provide data analysis and business experience and insights to actively manage and improve SAP’s end-to-end Customer Experience and internal processes. •    Contribute project leadership in driving coordinated execution across multiple teams. •    Communicate with stakeholders on meeting minutes, follow up on actions assigned to them, remove roadblocks, and escalate when needed. •    Create dashboards and pivot tables from Excel data and IT systems using reporting features •    Use IT tools like Signavio Process modeler to document customer journeys and make suggestions for improvements using common sense customer centric suggestions. •    Learn and use Sharepoint to store and extract documents for business needs. •    Build powerpoints for executive presentation when needed. 

     

    WHO YOU ARE: 

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS  A successful candidate will be someone with sales operations or marketing operations experience who enjoys working within rapidly changing environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, thrives on hard work, and demonstrates strong business acumen with integrity. In addition, we place a high value on relevant personal qualities: results-oriented, energetic, empathetic, highly communicative, creative problem solver who values diversity. •    A Student working towards a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or graduate-level degree in the related field is required.  

    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES   •    Base understanding of the software industry and competitive landscape. •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,   •    Action oriented with ability to manage and track multiple open issues and tasks •    Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to express complex matters in a crisp, easy-to-understand, and consumable fashion. •    Superior interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across functions, levels, and geographies – internally and externally. •    High level of flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality. •    Fluent in English.   WORK EXPERIENCE  Professional experience in the sales operations, marketing operations or customer experience domain areas is a plus.
