    The SuccessFactors GTM team drives customer success, growth, and market differentiation for SuccessFactors bringing innovation to market in collaboration with a broad set of regional and global stakeholders.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    Position title: SAP iXp Intern - GTM Strategy and Communications

    Location:  Newtown Square - please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

    IN THIS ROLE,

     

    The SuccessFactors GTM Strategy & Communications intern enhances GTM efforts by driving the internal and external communications agenda for the SuccessFactors GTM team and supporting the internal operational cadence to enable the team to run at its best.

     

    As an active member of the team, the GTM Strategy & Communications intern will work across an extended global and regional network to support the GTM office on a variety of special projects, developing a roadmap of activities and ensuring the execution of critical milestones to drive efficiency in day to day operations.

     

    The person in this role will amplify GTM activities and portray them in the best light, identifying opportunities for storytelling and defining the "when", "where" and "how" these activities are best communicated. He/she/they will become the internal communications expert, leveraging diverse forms of communications - newsletters, platforms, quarterly updates, social media, etc; driving best practices and bringing innovative tools to engage better with internal and external audiences.

     

     

     

    WHO YOU ARE:

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

    • Business acumen. Ability to understand the big picture, connect strategy to execution, and drive impact through communications.
    • Prior project management, and internal and external communications experience.
    • Self-starter and outcome-oriented. WIth a passion for learning and problem-solving.
    • Ability to design engaging, clear, and actionable communications
    • Great writing and communication skills
    • Passion for storytelling, and design tools that bring those stories to life - Social media expertise a plus
