    What you’ll do:

    As a Customer Reference Team Intern, you will work on a cross-functional team to support various global marketing and sales activities around our customer reference community. You are part of a global team that focuses on the global customer reference strategy, planning and reporting. Being part of a global team may require accommodating meetings across different time zones. You will be tasked to work on a variety of projects including:

    • Support creation of quarterly business reports across multiple solution areas
    • Monitor reference data quality and completeness
    • Support with amplifying customer story assets
    • Analyze customer reference data and draw out relevant metrics and reports
    • Create sales enablement and other marketing materials around customer references
    • Support reference customer speaker activities for Tier 1 and other global events
    • Provide ad-hoc assistance for internal projects, marketing programs, executive requests and/or customer facing events & initiatives
    • Assist with the creation of internal communication and reports for senior management

    Location : Newtown Square PA, NYC Hudson Yards, San Francisco, Pittsburgh
    Expected start date : April 2024
    Duration : 6 months with potential to extend
    Working hours : Part time (20 hrs./week)

    What you bring:

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    This position requires a candidate who has:

    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
    • A background in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
    • Fluency in English, with strong writing and editing skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office tools – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
    • Social media savvy, especially with LinkedIn and Twitter, as well as familiarity with Instagram and TikTok.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and follow through on commitments.

    Not required, but would be taken into consideration:

    • Prior work experience, e.g., working at SAP, newsletter production, feature writing, etc.
    • Experience with video editing and design.
    • Conversational or written competency in a language other than English.

    Duration:
    The start date of this internship is April 2024 with a duration of 6 months. The candidate must be able to work part of their hours during Eastern Standard business hours for the duration of the internship.

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $15-$62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
