    What you’ll do:

    Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Events Marketing - SUMMER 2024

    Location: Bellevue, WA - Hybrid

    Expected start date: June 2024

    The Event Marketing Intern is a key member of the SAP Global Events Team (GET). This role will have the opportunity to work across various teams within GET, truly immersing themselves in many facets of a global events team. The ideal candidate has a passion for events, organization, writing, and working with variety of technologies. They will continuously raise the bar on event-related content creation and file organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is eager to learn, creative, and resourceful.

    • Support GET Sponsorship and Partner Engagement Team to build a resource guide for teams.
    • Create, update, organize, and post assets relevant to our processes in collaboration with the team.
    • Engage with other teams within SAP to validate processes and assets.
    • Develop, maintain, and make ongoing improvements to our internal SharePoint Community site for a few different teams within GET.
    • Write communications to launch and promote the SharePoint Community site.
    • Event website management
    • Coordination with event comms/promotion
    • Support digital engagement

    What you bring:

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    • Current college/university student
    • Preferred fields of study: marketing, communications, public relations, or English
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments, requiring independent follow-through
    • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and adapt as necessary
    • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate across the organization
    • Proficient in MSFT Office skills including Word, and PowerPoint, previous experience with Outlook and SharePoint is a plus

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
