We are a global team of about 70 people spanning across the entire globe and get to work on really exciting projects that impact a large group of people. Our projects are very strategic and give insight into how a large organization is driven from an executive level.

A key focus area for the Global IVA team is to execute the newly developed 2021-2023 Value Strategy which focuses on revitalizing and re-injecting, the Value DNA across regions and LOBs based on the evolving industry realities and SAPs new corporate strategy.

A key pillar in this transformation is to set up a change management program to deliver IVA transformation and support the build of a unified IVA community and brand globally.
