ABOUT THE TEAM:

Our team is focused on enabling and achieving Premium Engagements (PE) global growth and SAP Services strategic ambitions.

• Drive and support Services PE financial & strategic goals in close collaboration with Customer Success and with the Regional PE Heads/Sales
• Define and facilitate end-to-end business processes and tools that support sales through delivery
• Actively support the Pre-Contract activities to develop and grow the PE business globally
• Enable and support the transformation of PE to the Evolved MaxAttention & ActiveAttention in partnership with the Regions and other LoBs/LoSs
• Drive adoption of PE Focus and Innovation topics
• Enable and promote a PE culture across the Regions for Services Delivery & Sales teams within the overall SAP Services strategy
• Address the overall customer experience lifecycle, and resolve key challenges in partnership with PE Heads and Services management

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP IXP INTERN - GLOBAL PE CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICE - ANALYTICS PROJECT ASSISTANT DEVELOPER LOCATION: NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: MAY - DECEMBER 2021

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Development and Evolution of Premium Engagement Analytics supporting various initiatives for the team
  • Create an analytics report inventory
  • A formal documentation of the above
  • Further improvements to the Renewal Sales report and automation
  • Support developing dashboards and ad-hoc reports
  • Support testing of the analytical solutions
  • Improve usability and end user experience
• The initiatives drive the GTM for Premium Engagements and help ensure a healthy business growth

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

• Part-time or ideally full-time at the Newtown Square location / remote
• Software engineering studies or similar
• Analytics experiences in SAP and Microsoft preferred
