In addition, our team aims to offer first-class experiences to our customers and stakeholders. Our goal is to run efficiently as a team and ensure support to all team members to deliver effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.

POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern - Global Sponsorships Storytelling and Communications LOCATION: New York, NY

DURATION: 6 months - 1 year

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 2022  

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL…

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

This role reports to and serves the integrated storytelling/communications team in Global Sponsorships. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Managing the story and activation calendar, SharePoint management, and other operational projects 
• Supporting field communications including Score with Global Sponsorships newsletter
• Supporting our robust social media platforms which includes: consistent tone/language/templatization of post creation, social listening, community management, and campaign reporting. 
• Simple video editing

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel. Strong MS PowerPoint is a must. 
• Active knowledge of Social Media channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik-Tok, Sprinklr 
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus but not required
• Soft skills: Organized, detailed driven, responsive, and able to multi-task in a timely manner, strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, strong work ethic and positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, collect and synthesize information easily

   EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current student at a university or recent graduate – preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, & related fields – but MUST have the ability to support this role full-time.
