    ABOUT THE TEAM

     

    As the HXM NA Sales Program & Marketing Communications Intern, you are an integral part of the SAP SuccessFactors Sales Operations Team.  Your role is to coordinate campaign creation efforts to generate pipeline and capture SAP SuccessFactors logos. Acting as our communications liaison, you’ll impact the field with creative storytelling and impactful communications which boost morale and individual recognition across our HXM NA Sales Team. 

     

    POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern - HXM NA Sales Programs - Marketing & Communications LOCATION: Remote work (Newtown Square)

    DURATION: 6 months - 1 year

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: March 2022  

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL…

     

    You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Operations stakeholders to execute go-to-market and CMSO demand opportunities and curate actionable sales motions for SAP SuccessFactors AEs, CEEs, BDRs, Partner Teams among others. 

     

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    Your goal is to deliver the repeatable approach to winning SAP SuccessFactors logos while generating incremental revenue for SAP North America. Your commitment to our HXM NA Sales Programs will boost the overall market share growth of the SAP SuccessFactors business and increase deal conversion rates. This is a visible position in a highly matrixed environment.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the Director of Sales Programs HXM NA by developing & executing targeted sales programs for the SAP SuccessFactors Sales Team. (70% of role – 27.5 hours a week)
      • Curate, design, and distribute internal communications & content to execute on the HXM NA Sales Plays & Pillar Strategy. (20% – 10 hours a week)
      • Oversee Outreach.io platform administration and content creation for HXM NA. (20% – 12 hours a week) 
      • Design, manage and promote the HXM NA central internal marketing & sales communications hub via SharePoint. (10%)
      • Manage the input and visualization of Sales Programs data using ADRM, PowerBI, and other vetted data sources. (10%)
    • Partner with our HXM Enablement Lead (Tomiko McKenna) to create enablement content for the Sales Team. (10% of the time)
      • Proficiency in using Camtasia/iMovie and SAP Digital Library/Marketing resources is strongly preferred
      • Direct and run pilot campaigns for SAP Partners in tandem with Enablement Lead – Centrical
    • Coordinate activities between SAP Marketing Ecosystem (CMSO, Global Demand Center, Field Marketing, and GTM) & the HXM NA Sales Team. (20% of the time – 10 hours a week)
      • Orchestrate the marketing alignment and coordination between key stakeholders and sales programs as required to support the successful execution of SAP SuccessFactors Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by ensuring objectives and deliverables are clear, roles are defined, and deadlines are met
         
    

    WHO YOU ARE:

    IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

     

    • Minimum 2-3 years working experience, varied backgrounds, and diverse candidates desirable
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken); strong team player. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with strong empathy and the ability to motivate individuals and establish teams
    • A very high-trust individual who collaborates well in cross-functional & matrixed environments
    • Thorough understanding of (CMSO, Global Demand Center, Field Marketing, GTM, etc.) traditional & digital marketing methods
    • Demonstratable experience in Outeach.io & Sharepoint, from both a reporting and content creation perspective
    • Well-versed in data analysis and reporting methods. Experience with Excel and PowerBI is strongly preferred
    • Strong organizational and project management skills to keep track and follow up on many threads simultaneously
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
