ABOUT THE TEAM

The IE BS Solution Management team is responsible for both, laying the end-to-end foundation across all IE Business Solutions as well as enabling continuous integration of SAP’s acquired cloud lines of business. We are working in a global team setup and are agility by heart. This role will support the leadership team with various special initiatives

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern - IE BS Solution Management LOCATION: Newtown Square - please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings EXPECTED START DATE: June 2022

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Support our team in managing the following tasks:
  • Take over responsibility for program management work such as status reporting or risk management, action items, service requests, driving communication & visuals
  • Plan, track and schedule project timelines & roadmaps
  • Organize, moderate meetings, and follow up on minutes & action items
  • Ensure proper use of methodologies, tools, and procedures  
  • Highlight dependencies and foster cross-team collaboration
  • Work with the scrum master to prepare sprint reviews & become part of our Agile / Scrum Team
  • Manage and take responsibility for own defined tasks and projects
• Other tasks as provided (to be determined)

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or MBA degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Expertise in MS Office tools like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential to dealing with virtual and international teams
• Ability to quickly respond to requests and keep content and reporting updated
• Team player
• Organized, Quality-aware, attention to detail, and able to work independently
• General IT knowledge, interest in Project Management
• Previous works experience in a corporate setting is advantageous but not mandatory
• Agilist Mindset; agile experience is a plus
• Open-minded, highly motivated, proactive, curious
