ABOUT THE TEAM

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Intelligent Enterprise Business Solutions organization implements integrated and scalable SAP business-technology products, striving for the best user experience and influencing SAP's product development, applying embedded innovation like Machine Learning, Analytics and RPA into product delivery and supporting and enabling our people to grow as professionals. In doing so IE Business Solutions strengthens SAP's revenue stream by enabling new business models, driving SAP’s cloud and digitalization journey to deliver continuous customer and business value.

The Corporate Finance IT Solutions team consults, implements & operates IT solutions to make people more productive & help SAP run at its best. We are supporting processes in Core Finance, Controlling, Compliance, Real Estate Facility Management, Revenue Accounting & Cash Collection.

This 11-month internship offers an excellent opportunity for experience in ERP system implementation projects and innovation projects applying emerging & intelligent technologies working with an established service delivery team.  

POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern - IES Corporate Finance IT Solutions Management LOCATION: Virtual and upon Office opening Newtown Square, PA EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: January 10, 2022 - December 6, 2022 

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours/ week

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL…

WHO YOU ARE:

Essential duties and responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Direct interaction with global team members and end-users of the Corporate Finance IT Solutions team at SAP America
• Assist with coordination of strategic projects and organization development initiatives
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives focusing on communication
• Build analytics dashboards/ visualization reports for internal IT and Business stakeholders (Leveraging data to harvest actionable insights, make informed decisions and achieve favorable outcomes)
• Document standard and custom business processes and procedures
• Assist with definition of OKRs, KPIs, and measurement of metrics to monitor performance
• Actively engage in test automation initiatives across the organization

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or Ph.D. degree program which is applicable to the position
• Strong overall knowledge of Information Technology and software delivery lifecycle 
• Basic understanding of the systems and architecture enabling SAP’s processes
• Basic understanding of Agile, DevOps, SAFe methodology is an advantage
• Project management skills
• Comprehensive data analytics knowledge
• Strong customer and quality focus, highly motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong collaborative mindset (across teams and functions)
• Proven record of excellent performance
• Strong Communication Skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Strong analytical and logical skills
