The SAP Internship Experience Project is SAP’s global, paid internship program that provides university students with the opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

• The North American Intelligent Spend Management (ISM) organization leads the overall spend management transformation exercise that many large Enterprises are looking to solve now more than ever.  The Organization is made up of three primary solution are focus: procurement transformation with Ariba, contingent labor transformation with Fieldglass and supplier experience intelligence with Qualtrics XM for supply chain.
  • Why one of the largest cloud business units within SAP, it has retained its start up passion and energy for propelling our business forward in our markets.
  • The extended ISM team is made up of sales, business development, value engineering and presales teams supporting the largest customer in NA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

POSITION TITLE: SAP IXP INTERN - INTELLIGENT SPEND MANAGEMENT  LOCATION: RESTON, VA EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: JUNE - AUGUST 2021

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• The ISM summer internship candidate spread his / her time across two dimensions of our business; month one will be spent with the Value Engineering organization learning how we go about both identifying and then articulating the unique value proposition our collective of solutions bring to bear in solving enterprise problems.  Month two will be spent with our sales operations team getting insight into how a multiple national publicy traded software company thinks about is financial results.
• Contribute to the ISM mission by supporting Value Engineering and Sales operations with a sundry activities.
