ABOUT THE TEAM

The Legal Content Technology team is part of SAP’s Global Process Office and the Content X Digitalization group. The Legal Content Technology team is responsible for managing SAP’s contracting templates, contract request forms and template technology. We continuously serve our customers with seamlessly working, easy to use and professionally managed templates and other digitalized legal content with as much automation as possible in order to achieve standardization and scalability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Legal Content Technology Support

Location: Virtual US

Expected Start Date: February 2022

Contract Duration: 6 months

In this role, you’ll:

• Check proper formatting and styling of contract templates before they get uploaded to our internal or external systems
• Fix contractual documents that are not properly formatted or styled
• Help users to upload and process contractual documents in our browser based template repository

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• We are looking for a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences with a passion for customer support and a strong affinity for document styling and layout, MS Word formating features as well as basic understanding of commercial, legal and financial processes relating to contractual documents.
• You should preferably study Business, Law or Information Technology.
• You will need the following computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel), MS Word proficiency is a big plus.
• You will need the following language skills: English required, additional languages are a plus.
• We expect you to incorporate the following values: Team Player, Reliability, Independent Working, Efficiency, Accuracy, Passion for Customer Support, Getting things done.
• Previous SAP experience is a plus.
