WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - M&A Ambassador Program Analyst Location: Virtual US Expected Start Date: October 2021 Contract Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: 40 hours/week (9 AM to 5 PM, Weekdays)

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

• Midmarket Strategic Innovations team creates strategic new routes to market across North America’s Midmarket organization.  The primary responsibility is to inform, enable and engage with the MSI Team, Sales and Partners to create new opportunities based off the announcement of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.  You will serve as the primary point of contact of M&A Data in North America.  With over 12,000 M&A’s occurring every year, it is critical to understand which M&As the field should execute against.  The M&A announced deal needs to be pre-qualified with Industry, Intent and Install base information to allow for timely execution from SAP Sales, Partner Sales and the MSI Team. You will develop KPIs and then lead a quarterly business review to measure activities, relationships and conversion ratios.
• This individual should be a structured executioner, leveraging data and overlay innovation.  Additionally, this person should thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced and high energy environment.
• Identify M&A buyer, target, seller from the SP Global feed to CRM.
• Identify install base on either side of M&A through the SAP Innovation Dashbaord.
• Obtain data from Pitchbook of the acquirer and portco.
• Maintain M&A Ambassador Partner insights and strengths to ensure routing to the best partner.
• Review qualified M&A transactions with MSI Team and SAP Partner.
• Compile and send M&A email alert the field and SAP Partner.
• Follow up with AE/VP bi-weekly, monthly to ensure execution.
• Aggregate M&A reports by MU, VP, RVP and Partner.
• Update a KPI Dashboard daily.
