    ABOUT THE TEAM:

    The team build of global campaigns and digital assets for SAP SuccessFactors, as part of the Global LOB Program Marketing team.  

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

    Work in a cross-functional organization to deliver campaign assets and offers as part of an integrated marketing program strategy.  Align with external agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate the content and messaging development, and the asset build, distribution and translation.  Measure results of campaign assets. 

    • Understand core messages and content for campaigns and events.
    • Work with external agencies to create campaign assets for campaigns and events (copy for emails, social media, blogs, banners, webpages, newsletters, etc).
    • Bring innovative ideas, along with agencies, on new asset types for digital channels.
    • Align with internal stakeholders for review and approval of the campaign and event assets.
    • Communicate final assets to campaign and event teams (global and regional), including posting in systems/tools, email and verbal communications.
    • Tracking of asset usage (as required).
  • Qualifications

    WHO YOU ARE:

     

    Experience in, or desire to gain experience in, marketing in a B2B setting.  Organizational and communication skills to work in high-paced and matrixed environment.  Self-motivated to work virtually with team members located in other areas of the US and other countries.

    • Detail-oriented. With the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
    • Effective communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate to both external agencies and internal stakeholders in written and verbal forms, including tele-conferences. 
    • A true team player. Ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible in activities to meet demands of the business.
    • Go-Getter. Motivated to learn and grow within a fast-growing team.
    • Some college/university.  Marketing courses a plus.
    • Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position.
