    What you’ll do

    Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Marketing Operations Process Analyst

    Location: Remote-Virtual US

    Expected Start Date: June 2023

    Contract Duration: 6 months

    Work Hours: 40 hour per week

    As a Marketing Operations Process Analyst Intern, your primary responsibility will be to support the MarTech Optimization and Processes team in executing strategic projects and initiatives that drive real business impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of marketing campaigns, processes, and systems. This is not a supplemental role involving data entry or administrative tasks; instead, it offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to our marketing operations and play a key role in shaping our overall marketing strategy.

    • Work closely with the MAQS (MarTech, Analytics, and Qualification Services) team specialists to create and maintain published training and process documentation on different document management platforms, such as SharePoint and Confluence.
    • Takes a proactive approach to document campaign strategies and how technologies are being used to support or enhance, including communication and enablement plans.
    • Shadowing members of the larger MAQS team to capture requirements, process steps, and other inputs for our documentation.
    • Embody the “Build Bridges, not silos” part of the SAP mission by enabling collaboration between Corporate Marketing teams.
    • Highlight procedural bottlenecks and other limitations on the team that should be addressed.

    What you bring

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    • Coursework or experience in Marketing, Information Systems, or a similar field is preferred.
    • Experience in the software industry or in a similar role is a plus.
    • Attention-to-detail and ability to deconstruct complex topics is required.
    • Outstanding collaboration, communication, organization, and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, is required. Experience with SharePoint is highly desired.
    • Tech savvy and experience with marketing technology & automation tools (like Marketo) is a plus.

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
