ABOUT THE TEAM

We are looking for a Marketing Programs Management Intern to support executive communications and strategic programs management in the Office of Marketing Transformation and Strategy for SAP Procurement Solutions. If you are  looking to build your marketing experience across a variety of functions  and work in a dynamic, creative environment, then this role is for you.

In this role, you will work with our team and across teams to support marketing of SAP Procurement solutions to the LOB audience through various programs and channels. You will work collaboratively with multiple teams inside and outside our organization to help build and execute our customer marketing programs, and various new strategic marketing programs. You will also support executive communications for the team as  well as digital and social media promotional programs and work across marketing functions. Your work environment will be creative, dynamic, collaborative, and fast paced.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Marketing Programs Management Location: Virtual US Expected Start Date: May 2021 Contract Duration: 6 months

In this role, you’ll:

• Support build and execution of adoption programs for our customers 
• Writing executive comms like blogs and newsletters 
• Support creation of social posts and other digital marketing assets
• Help manage strategic marketing programs and initiatives, working across teams
• Support in designing and building post event comms
• Assist in basic reporting and dashboards to measure program success

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Foundational understanding of marketing, analytics and digital marketing concepts
• Ability to work across various teams and stakeholders to coordinate projects
• Basic project management skills
• Creative mindset and ability to flex across multiple projects
• Creation/editing of videos skillset considered an added bonus
• Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position
• Some marketing or business planning experience preferred
