WHAT YOU’LL DO:

EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 10, 2019 – August 16, 2019 (or can start earlier)

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

In this role, the successful candidate will build our next-generation cloud operational infrastructure, research and analyze the latest technology to be applied in SAP multi-cloud environments. This role will work to understand the run-book, set up the operational account, and find out the system capacity across the multi-cloud environment. You will verify the new features released by cloud manufactures, report the issues by the tickets, and provide the detailed report per release. You will work with peer team, verify different ops utilities and provide the documentation for the entire team.

The intern will be working in an open environment where he/she manages the task from the design phase to the final deployment. You will always work with team members to find out the solutions as best as it can be.

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline with a focus on software development. Or, a recent graduate from a Coding Academy (December 2018)
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, programming languages and operating systems
• Coding and Scripting experience, preferably in Shell, Python, Java, C++, Ruby or Go
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, ICMP and firewall
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Adept at handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
