    In North America Solution Advisory we foster a supportive team environment and work as integral members of SAP account teams that serve our customers. The People & Transformation team drives internal communications, initiatives, and programs to ensure the North America Solution Advisory team members have everything they need to excel in their roles.  As a member of this team, you will be empowered and supported to do what is right for our internal customers while expressing your creativity and ingenuity.     Travel: 0-10% (if current climate allows)

     

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    Position title: SAP iXp Intern - North America Solution Advisory Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    Location:  Virtual 

    Expected start date: June / July 2022

    Contract Duration: 6 - 12 months

     

     

    IN THIS ROLE,

     

    Work together with Talent Acquisition to support :

     

    • Contacting recent hires to share the referral bonus program and encourage, collect and contact referrals from our new hires
    • Assisting with sourcing on LinkedIn – mail shots targeted campaigns and responding to potential candidates
    • Maintaining and supporting the passive candidate pool: sharing updates, and information about SAP, helping to arrange events
    • Scheduling screenings, organizing interviews and introductions
    • Reporting / analytics / competitor insight

     

     

    WHO YOU ARE:

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

    Your experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and experience with professional communications will make you shine in this role as will your social media savvy with LinkedIn and other platforms.

     

    You have experience or interest in the Human Resources/Talent Acquisition space and strong service-oriented nature.

     

    SOFTWARE/OTHER PROFICIENCIES

     

    • Microsoft Office Professional suite
    • Ability to work virtually in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional image
    • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects
    • Ability to work independently. Self-guided and motivated.
    • Strong project management and critical thinking skills
