ABOUT THE TEAM:  Support the Enterprise Technology Platform services team to capture and finalize critical foundational processes and procedures.  Enabling the key project owners to successfully continue to deliver on high priority projects while establishing critical foundational documentation that ensures transparency, communication and knowledge base for the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern- Physical Security Project Management & Technical Writer LOCATION: Bellevue, Washington (Virtual) EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: 6 months- 1 year, 40 hours/ week

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:  PLATFORM SERVICES STANDARDIZATION SUPPORT •    Support Standardization of Enterprise Technology Procedural Documents o    Updating current runbooks o    Creation of non- existent Runbook draft content and support updating and finalized document with Product Owner (basically helping us identify what needs to be done and then getting these finalized * a lot of these are probably in draft form and/or just on a word doc in a personal drive) o    Finalize/Standards for Ent Tech Storage Structure (Sharepoint/Teams/Files/Folders)  o    Implement Single location document/procedure storage and access •    Support Standardized Enterprise Tech Business Engagement documentation and process  o    Includes Resource allocation process and tracking •    Support Communication strategy to the business on how to engage the Ent team all of our processes and procedures (working with Enablement Team)  

PROJECT SUPPORT -WORKING WITH PROJECT MANAGER •    Capture & Document Business Requirements for new applications and enhancement life cycles o    Visually (Mural/Visio) o    Excel/Jira/Smartsheet tracking •    Create Application Test Use Cases in (in business speak) •    Support Transition from Project to Sustainment/Production o    Initiate and Oversee Runbook completion o    Initiate and Oversee Operational Process documents complete •    Standardize Application Release Life-Cycle o    Define Timeframe based on application and business partner involved o    Plan, implement and support quarterly Release Stakeholder Meetings with application owner (Scarlet/resolver, Kurt/Everbridge etc.)
