What you'll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Solution Area Go-to-Market Strategy

Location: Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid)

Schedule: 30-40 HR/Week

Expected Start Date: June 2025

Duration: 6 Months

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

You will support the Solution Area Go-to-Market Strategy team - a small, diverse, high performing team with members from tier 1 management consulting companies and experts with strong business background and history in relevant domains. Expect to collaborate with team members across the globe.

Main responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of problem solving and strategy formulation, including identifying pain points, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
• Contribute to multiple project teams at the same time, coordinating and working on relevant topics while being a fully respected team member
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to drive and deliver insights

WHO YOU ARE

• Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field. Graduating Seniors/2nd Year Masters highly desirable
• Eligibility : Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
• Preferred fields of study: Business Management, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Engineering
• Computer skills: Advanced MS Office Suite knowledge, focus PowerPoint and Excel
• Language skills: fluent in English
• Preferred previous experience: Strategy and/or Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy and project-based work environments
• Ability to work independently and in a proactive, structured manner with a hands-on, reliable working style, even in high-pressure situations
• Strong analytical and communication skills, flexibility and motivated to work in an international and intercultural team
• Willingness to learn and collaborate
• Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result

The Solution Area Go-To-Market Strategy team shapes and executes SAP’s global strategic initiatives and transformation programs linked to our Customer Success Solution Area stakeholders. The team is composed of highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in go-to-market, strategy consulting, and business transformation. We collaborate closely with SAP’s global leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive our go-to-market success. We put great emphasis on collaboration, creative problem-solving, analytical expertise, and excellent communication to achieve outstanding results.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
