    What you’ll do

    Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Technical Revenue Accounting

    Location: Newtown Square, PA

    Expected Start Date: June 2024

    Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months

    Work Hours: 40 hours per week

    The IT Cash Collections & Revenue Accounting team would like to engage motivated interns and provide the opportunity for further development. This is your opportunity to:

    • Gain systems design and analysis experience
    • Work on SAP Fiori App development and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
    • Develop ABAP reports based on end user requirements
    • Add new capabilities to the Revenue Accounting chatbot
    • Work in a highly motivated global team
    • Manage and take responsibility for own defined tasks in an Agile set up
    • Get to know the area of technical consulting as well as the internal revenue recognition process using the SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting solution

    What you bring

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    • Bachelor’s / master’s in computer science or equivalent field of study
    • Experience building Apps, working with APIs
    • Experience with HTML, Java Script, Python, JNode, Git, SQL, React, Node.js, XML, Visual Studio, or equivalent technologies
    • Experience with Object-oriented programming language
    • Understanding of an Agile/SCRUM software development methodology nice to have
    • Desire to be a developer
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Organized, detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Highly motivated, readily adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced team environment

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 26-53 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
