What you’ll do

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Visual / Graphic Designer

Location: Remote-Virtual US

Expected Start Date: July 2023

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

• Create an array of deliverables including PowerPoint redesigns, landing pages, and video production for internal and external use
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their project goals and visually represent them
• Conceptualize and create unique deliverables based off stakeholders needs
• Implement constructive feedback
• Complete projects under tight deadlines
• Learn how to work with virtual teams across multiple time zones and cultures

In this role, the Graphic/Visual Design Intern will develop a holistic understanding of SAP’s CX sales, go-to-market, and employee morale strategy. They will be responsible for the visual representation of all CRO projects including the development of executive facing presentations, video production, social media graphic design, and core programs integral to increasing employee morale. The intern will have the opportunity to create visual text and imagery concepts for all projects related to the SAP CX CRO brand.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who demonstrates an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be able to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. They will develop the overall layout and production design for internal and external facing collateral coming from the CX CRO Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive group of high performers and to serve as a member of the core team supporting CX CRO Geert Leeman.

• Strong project management and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Immense attention to detail
• Resourceful, self-guided, and motivated to learn new tools and techniques
• Proficient in Adobe CC applications including Illustrator, Photoshop and XD
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Sketching and storyboarding abilities
• Video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, etc.)
• Knowledge of using document specs (bleeds, dimensions, colors codes, etc.)
• UX design experience is highly desired but not required
• A digital portfolio is required - online or offline.

Meet your team

The role of the CX CRO Office is to drive all CX CRO engagement with SAP leadership and the SAP Executive Board, the CX Three-In-A-Box organizations, SAP CX Sales and Presales groups, all SAP employees, CX customers, partners, media outlets, analysts, and new audiences on a global scale. The CX CRO Office is responsible for all external communication, meeting qualification and preparation, and follow-up with the above parties. The Office of the CX CRO acts as a central owner of all revenue-driving activities within the office, including regional visits and internal / external events. The CX CRO Office works directly with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing management of key accounts and action items.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
