    POSITION OVERVIEW

    SAP Best Practices team for Human Experience Management (HXM) is looking for a passionate digital marketing & communication intern who can help in managing & promoting our content. The candidate will keep up with modern marketing practices and strategies and apply these to the portfolio as appropriate to help drive brand awareness and a positive customer experience. They will work with Marketing organizations, Product Management and Commercial teams across the world.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Lead the effort for content authoring, design, and assembly via digital media

    • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute it via online and offline channels

    • Work with central content infrastructure teams to align the content design with central design templates

    • Create and monitor ROI for marketing campaigns

    • Craft and send regular newsletters with team updates

    • Follow partner events & workshops, and support promotional blurbs or blogs

     

    KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    •Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or communications.

    •Knowledge of development, design, build, and analysis of marketing programs

    •Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    •Natural curiosity, and excitement to stay abreast with the latest marketing technology trends and best    practices.

    •Proactive, independent, self-starter with the ability to work with a diverse and global team
