WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position title: SAP iXp – SuccessFactors Intern – Summer 2022

Location: San Ramon, CA

Expected start date to end date: June 2022 – August 2022

In this role, you’ll:

     -  Get involved in various kinds of projects and become familiar with the process of software design and development, tools supporting and problem trouble-shooting.

     -  Support requirement gathering, project planning, product design, release management, and specification writing.

     -  Evaluate and analyze software products and provide sales support.

     -  Participate in defining, developing, and managing the software development models, and cooperate with colleagues across different departments         and time zones to solve the problems.

     -  Work jointly with other members to ensure business requirements are clearly communicated

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     -  Currently pursuing or have recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related degree

     -  Knowledge or experience with Scrum and Cloud related software

     -  Strong ability to initiate and complete various projects

     -  Excellent customer relationship, organizational, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and listening skills.

     -  Highly motivated; a self-starter

     -  Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams across various geographies in different time zones

     -  A faster learn and not afraid to ask questions

     -  Can thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
