    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As a Sales/Alliances Operations Intern for Xactly, you will be responsible for supporting Xactly's Business Development & Alliances team on a variety of projects. We are seeking a motivated team player who is passionate about driving business and working across company departments to drive success. This position will work with Marketing, Sales, Success, Professional Services and Product teams.

    THE SKILL SET:

    • Working towards a bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2021 - June 2023
    • Ability to conduct research and analysis on assigned topics (i.e GAP analysis and recommendations)
    • Writing skills to help us develop process documents as well as marketing materials
    • Organization skills to help us execute marketing programs and/or strategic initiatives
    • Experience with the MS Office suites

    BY THE END OF THE INTERNSHIP YOU WILL:

    • Assist with cross functional business development activities to streamline processes
    • Support Business Development Directors efforts to build new partnerships and drive new initiatives.
    • Develop Customer Journey alliances process documentation
