    ROLE OVERVIEW

    The RISE GTM Strategy Associate will support the development, documentation, and amplification of strategic GTM initiatives that will drive RISE sales success. This individual will work closely with the RISE GTM Planning and Demand team as well as the broader RISE Office of COO, GTM & Strategy team to ensure RISE’s ongoing success in 2023 and beyond.

    EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

    • Support the overall adoption and execution of the RISE GTM and Demand strategy, for 2023 and beyond, by supporting ad hoc daily tasks, project management, calendar management, and reporting.
    • Support large, complex strategic programs on behalf of the RISE GTM Planning and Demand organization. These projects are typically very diverse – e.g., direct strategies across SAP customer segments, indirect/partner topics, regional demand generation and sales performance improvement plans, and GTM planning for the next business year (among many others).
    • Support the development of the strategy/business case that underpins the relevant project at hand.
    • Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders across SAP.
    • Project manage relevant initiatives to conclusion.

    QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex global organization.
    • Comfortable to propose solutions and develop/deploy an execution plan.
    • Comfortable leading discussions and driving deliverables at every level of the organization.
    • Prefer some experience in sales support, marketing, or operations types of roles.
    • Strong organizational skills and program management capabilities
    • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (bilingual language capabilities a plus, but not required)

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Early Talent position (0 to 3 years of experience)
    • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Proven ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $64,400 - $109,500 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
