    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As a Senior Strategy Consultant at Xactly Corporation, you'll...

    Ownership: The Senior Strategy Consultant will own the successful delivery of a range of projects including, but not limited to:

    • Sales Performance Management (SPM) capability assessment focused on Current State baseline and Future State design
    • Developing Business Case for SPM automation
    • Change Management
    • Compensation Plan Design
    • Territory Optimization

    The Principal Strategy Consultant will deliver solutions working with the internal Client team and with other Xactly resources as required.

    LEARNING OPPORTUNITY: The Senior Strategy consultant will continue to build consulting skills and work with other experts on the team to be able to deliver any of the projects that we sell to our clients.

    TEACH: In addition, the Principal Strategy Consultant will develop thought leadership material and contribute to multiple initiatives.

    THE TEAM

    Xactly's Strategic Services team is a management consulting team that delivers transformational sales planning, implementation readiness and sales performance management assessment projects for Xactly clients. We are a small team of experts, the best of the best in their respective fields and we are looking to expand our team to meet demand.

    WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL

    • Shadow and be a contributing team member our Strategic Services projects

    WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Lead projects where you have the Prerequisite experience
    • Be a contributing team member on projects where there is a cross training opportunity

    WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Start to build best practices and sales collateral in your areas of expertise

    WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • At 12-months, you will be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide
    • Train and enable sales to sell projects in your demonstrated area of expertise
    • Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumen

  • Qualifications

    THE SKILL SET:

    • Experience with the configuration and maintenance of multiple Xactly Incent instances
    • Prior experience with strategy groups, strategy management consulting, or similar professional services in a multi-functional environment
    • Ability to analyze business needs, requirements, data, determine solutions and define future state processes.
    • Provide ad-hoc support for clients' day to day commissions processes
    • Change management experience
    • Understand Waterfall and Agile methodologies
    • Superior project management of teams, time management, client relationship management, and technical tools (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Able to manage several projects simultaneously and autonomously, as well as prioritize as necessary
    • Able to synthesize results of quantitative and qualitative research and analysis into implications, key trends, and/or recommendations
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills including developing presentations for executive audiences to communicate and achieve buy-in for strategic recommendations
    • Extremely strong interpersonal and team building skills; Able to foster a cohesive and effective work environment
    • Be a critical thinker but also execute on the details
    • Demonstrate outstanding analytical, research and presentation skills
    • High degree of self-confidence, poise, maturity, discretion, diplomacy and empathy
  • Benefits

    Salary Range: $108,000 - $127,000 + semi-annual bonus
