We are seeking a Software Developer to join our Accounts Receivable team in Madison, Wisconsin. This team is focused on revolutionizing the world of business-to-business communications and is currently supporting over a million businesses of all sizes.

Requirements
**What we’ve got **
Our platform is built primarily with Ruby on Rails, backed by MySQL, Redis, Sidekiq, and ElasticSearch, housed on AWS, and served to our clients using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. We’ve got a number of interesting challenges coming up in the near future, many of which involve scaling and enhancing our software to meet the needs of our ever growing list of larger and larger clients.
**What we need **
We’re looking for a talented software developer who loves their work, both client- and server-side. Someone who likes the same frameworks we do, knows their limitations, and is always looking for a better way. We want to find someone who naturally prefers to work on a small team, with the communication skills to do so, and someone who understands scalability and obsesses over security. Mostly, we are looking for an individual who shares our love of shipping code. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related experience along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience defining and developing technical specifications.
