ABOUT THE TEAM:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

As a Software Developer in the SAP Intelligent Spend Group, a typical day may include:

• Develop and deploy different backend services
• Create unit-test and automate test scripts for feature development
• Innovate and create new tools that will help SAP run simple
• Work closely with Product Owners and work with various members of the team on an agile sprint schedule
• Participate in daily scrums, sprint feature estimating, and sprint demos
• Learn new skills and technologies as required – you are expected to continuously learn and up-skill during your time here

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Masters / Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant experience
• Strong programming skills, preferably Python. Knowledge of other languages such as Go beneficial.
• Knowledge of cloud-native design principles and architectures and their application.
• Interest in business solutions along with technical skills.
• Proactive nature and ability to work in globally distributed teams.
• Must be able to work as a team player yet have the ability to work independently.
