    The eXperience SAP Communications Hub creates and/or aligns planning and execution of internal and external communication programs, and related communication assets, for Global Sponsorships, Co-Innovation Labs, and SAP Experience Center strategy. We strive to obtain impactful earned media, social media, and internal coverage (aided awareness, reach, and positive sentiment) to influence demand and support the achievement of SAP as a top 10 valued brand.

    An overarching objective of the Communications Hub is to increase transparency, foster early collaboration, and effectively engage and communicate within our organization, across Marketing, GCA/regions. To that end, we strive to streamline and harmonize our engagement and internal communication.

    EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

    • Support the maintenance and optimization of the Story Calendar (Excel-based tool) and related trend/management reporting
    • Work with GST to determine how to best leverage existing videos, images, other content for extended storytelling including field story communication
    • Support communications playbook project for internal communications and impact reporting
    • Ad hoc writing and PowerPoint design including blogposts, emails, etc.
  • Qualifications

    SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

    • Computer skills: Strong use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, PPT design
    • Communication: Understanding of Internal and External Communication Channels
    • Language skills: Fluent in English; exceptional writing skills (provide examples)
    • Soft skills: Organized, detailed driven, responsive and able to multi-task in a timely manner, strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, strong work ethic and positive attitude

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    Current student at a university or recent graduate – preferred fields of study: Communications, English, Business Administration – MUST have the ability to support this role full-time during the summer months.
