OBJECTIVE

SAP Customer Success is a global organization supporting the world’s largest companies running SAP solutions. With our highly motivated employees worldwide we offer comprehensive services for every aspect of customers’ software implementation and operation. With the introduction of Innovation and Operation Control Centres at customers linked to Mission Control Centres at SAP we drive the implementation of best practice solutions and operations by our customers and support the platform adaptation of HANA and Mobile in the market.

The Centre of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Intelligent Deliver Group provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our Max-Attention, Active Embedded and Enterprise Support customers.

Our methodology is to engage proactively with our customers and to live a long-term engagement build on trust and respect. Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers’ business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and safeguard their implementation projects. As every customer is unique we provide an individual high-quality support to them based on a value-based delivery approach.

The CoE Application team focuses on the top Max-Attention customers providing them conceptual and architectural guidance, and helps in the Digital Transformation in Finance and Supply Chain area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirement gathering in process areas like Finance, SAP Procurement, materials management
• Create the “to-be” technology footprint, develop solutions roadmap and phased implementation approach to achieve strategic business objectives within finance, procurement solution.
  • Fulfill an expert’s role in customers’ adoption of SAP’s solutions portfolio, especially in areas of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Procure to Pay, SAP Master Data Governance(MDG) and Ariba
• Transform requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables for strategic initiatives within the assigned functional area
• Work with Domain Architects (including Data, Infrastructure, Application and Security architects) to ensure that solution architecture aligns with system design guidelines and enterprise architecture standards.
• Perform hands-on work related to system configuration etc. Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs and solution designs.

• In Depth knowledge of Procurement with hands on exposure to ECC and S/4HANA system
• 2+ years of experience in SAP procurement/MM or Finance functionality
• 1+ years of hands on experience in S/4HANA procurement or finance process.
• Strong knowledge of finance or logistics process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge of iRPA and Machine Learning would be an added advantage.
• Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP,oDATA, Java, C++).

TRAVEL

Willing to travel up to 40% to SAP customers worldwide. Occasional weekend work may be required
