  • Responsibilities

    The primary focus of the role is to service and support our customers. The role will be the frontline contact for issues that arise at any point in the post sales process.

    Functional:

    The ideal candidate will have an understanding of their customers’ workflow processes, specific to Healthcare IT.

    Application:

    This role will help the customer optimize the utilization of their existing and available products, demonstrating features beyond core functionality and will ensure best practice adoption, including the configuration of interfaces with imaging devices and EMR systems.  

    Customer Service:

    The position is the primary point of contact for the customer in a pre-sales trial and post-sales production environment, proactively coordinating with any other cross functional team or organization.

  • Qualifications
    • Expert for network and Internet configuration as well as for the integration of PC, MAC- and portable devices into a seamless communication platform

    • Willing to learn HCIT (Healthcare IT) workflows and communication standards

    • Evangelize capabilities of Trice Imaging applications including best practices and optimization of the product

    • Identify risks to the customer in achieving their stated business goals and develop a risk mitigation plan.

    • Customer retention including supporting the renewal process

    • Seek customer reference by creating raving fans

    $45,000-55,000
