The SAP/Ariba TRAINING CONTENT DEVELOPER AND OPERATION COORDINATOR/INTERN is responsible for providing operational support to members of the Global Customer Engagement Enablement team involving the coordination and development of the Customer Engagement training curriculum as well a supporting

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become familiar with our enablement curriculum for Customer Engagement team
• Become familiar with Education scheduled events
• Aid Customer Engagement Enablement team with:
• Education summits/events planning (Global)
• Project plan
• Speaker identification
• Content validation
• Organizing and contributing to Training Curriculum development
• Following up and reporting on team assigned tasks
• Reviewing standardizing content
• Building/formatting assigned content creation tasks
• Contribute to all enablement planning and content creation based on prioritization

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Learning Design skills preferred
• Passion for Education and training in a corporate environment
• Strong Organizational skills with ability to stick to follow up and maintain schedule
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Show flexibility in a heavily changing environment  
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well with the enablement team and our stakeholders
