JOB SUMMARY:

Value Engineering (VE) is a global team of management consultants dedicated to maximizing value achieved by customers. The VE team works closely with customers across all areas of the Infor software lifecycle (development, sales and services) and develops board-level business cases, financial analysis and thought leadership content. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the VE team and work closely with sales, product development and Infor’s creative agency (Hook and Loop) to position Infor solutions’ business and IT value to clients and prospects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough industry/account research and analysis

• Benchmark key business processes against industry peers

• Identify customer pain points’ associated with existing product features (value discovery)

• Define and quantify business value of Infor products

• Compare all-inclusive costs of on-premise and cloud deployments

• Review the strategic benefits of cloud-based applications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Preferred Majors: Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Economics or Business

• Required GPA: 3.2+

• Strong business acumen

• Analytical and problem solving capabilities

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

• Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Quantitative analysis, documentation, process reviews, business strategy reviews etc.

• Strong Project Management skills

• Driven, effective problem solver

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Management consulting skillset

• Strong domain expertise in industry verticals, in particular: Manufacturing, Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, Financial Services

• Multi-lingual (in addition to English)
