THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Web/UX Marketing Manager, at Xactly, you'll be responsible for the strategy and management of our corporate website, our main hub and lead driver, in order to maximize the full site experience and flow of information, while driving conversions. In this role, you'll develop the web strategy roadmap and execute in an agile environment to support marketing goals and objectives. In addition, you'll own and manage CRO development of on-site A/B experiments, QA, implementing tracking, and rolling out website improvements. Working in partnership with internal and external partners and agencies, your goal is to continually optimize the web experience supporting the full customer lifecycle.
