    As a Community Intern at Xactly Corporation, you will be responsible for the management of Community articles and updates. You will have an opportunity to work closely with a number of key departments across the organization in order to develop these updates and maintain Community metrics. You will have a chance to collaborate with teams and work independently on Community focused projects.


    Xactly's team is a tight-knit global team, looking to expand our capabilities and add efficiencies to processes. We are always looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds, the hunger to achieve, and the openness to learn new ways of solving problems.


    • Have made progress on your summer project: Community Article Updates
    • Be on your way towards establishing a cross-functional relationship with Product, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Xactly University in order to make updates on Community Articles
    • Be maintaining weekly and monthly Community metrics


    • Have made significant progress on your summer project
    • Have established a strong working relationship across multiple departments
    • Be preparing your second monthly report on monthly Community metrics


    • Have completed work on your summer project
    • Create lasting contacts throughout the organization and feel very comfortable working cross-functionally
    • Deliver your final set of Community metrics and have gained skills in reporting on data
