 ABOUT THE TEAM

The HXM Solution Area Strategy & Operations team curates and deploys the SAP SuccessFactors Winning Plan, the blueprint for our major business decisions. The team measures and communicates execution of our strategy, advising the SuccessFactors leadership team in adapting and adjusting the Winning Plan as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position title: Design Intern

Location: Palo Alto, CA – please note that role will be remote and location is flexible

Expected start date: Late October

Contract duration: 6 months – 1 year

Full-time or Part-time: Part-time

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

In this role, you will assist the Strategy & Operations team with various design needs as they:

• Create executive-facing deliverables
• Develop and run internal enablement sessions
• Create internal training and presentation materials
• Develop external-facing marketing and thought leadership assets (including infographics, whitepapers, and research briefs)

As part of the team, you will:

• Design, update, and maintain assets as brand requirements, content, and needs change
• Build and maintain templates for future use in storyboarding, delivering product strategy, and informing our employees about market and customer insights
• Coordinate approval for third party citations in publications
• Manage Sharepoint storage and site upkeep
• Collaborate with people across various roles, countries, backgrounds, and time zones
• Commit to project timeline and tasks, delivering high quality materials on time
• Interact with internal departments and regional resources to drive execution
• Gain an in-depth understanding of our business processes and technologies
• Adapt to changing team and business needs

WHO YOU ARE:

We’re looking for a candidate who takes initiative and stays curious, someone who is willing and able to learn about our branding guidelines and our business. You should have a strong attention to detail and an eye for visual design. You should be creative and flexible, able to balance multiple projects and asks at a time.

Required:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Candidates should have a current 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite and Illustrator/Photoshop in particular
• Fluency with Microsoft Office
