    YOUR CAREER

    Our global internship program trains the next-generation of cybersecurity talent across a range of specializations, from threat intelligence to information security, engineering and HR. Interns and recent graduates can learn about the tech inclusive hiring industry from leading thinkers, grow their professional networks, and be part of a career-defining experience.

    As a HR Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about a number of HR processes and how critical they are to helping keep a business running and their impact on employee experience. This is an entry-level role on the operations team who is responsible for supporting the day to day needs of our employees and partners including our lifecycle programs.

    Our Summer Internship Program from May-August or June-September provides you:

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Ensure a best in class employee experience through high level of service, empathy and operational excellence

    • Manage and support multiple and concurrent ad hoc request

    • Provide employees with exceptional service regarding inquiries through resolution accountability

    • Ensure employee data is up to date, accurate and compliant within our HR system

    • Perform other HR operational tasks such as data entry, employment verification requests, ensuring data integrity, overall maintenance of employee records and other tasks as assigned

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • Exceptional customer service skills

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals

    • Excellent organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication

    • Interested/willing to learn about HR Operations

    • Willingness to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs

    • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity

    • Experience with Google Workplace a plus

    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

    Requirements - To apply, you must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration and preferably Specializing in Human Resources with a GPA of 3.0 or above, a 2-year Master’s Degree or a Doctorate degree and returning to school in the fall. You must have the authorization to work within the United States.
