As part of this team, you will help enable CPSP (CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PARTNER PROGRAM partners by providing support to our team and our partners who are CPSP members and implement our products and services. Our dedication to our partners and their growth doesn’t rest. The CPSP program is an ecosystem of world-class exclusively selected and vetted partners who are enabled and certified via the highest learning-paths that Palo Alto Networks has to offer. Our CPSP team provides all the necessary items needed to ensure that our partners meet their prerequisites and requirements, gain access to the best instructor-led training PANW has to offer, and that our partners implementation success rates are always high. You’ll be involved in day to day activity of ensuring enablement, meeting strict and hard deadlines, thinking out of the box to solve problems that may arise, and ensuring that our partners are ready to deliver our products and services.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Our global internship program trains the next-generation of cybersecurity talent across a range of specializations, from threat intelligence to information security, engineering and marketing. Interns and recent graduates can learn about the network security industry from leading thinkers, grow their professional networks, and be part of a career-defining experience.

    As a Certified Professional Services Partner Program Intern, you will have the opportunity to build and enable Palo Alto Networks (PANW) PS partner ecosystem that has a direct impact on how our CPSP partners implement PANW products and solutions and how our end customers benefit from said ecosystem. You will get the opportunity to participate throughout the development lifecycle of our PS program from the development and planning stages through the execution of our PS workshops and the communication and implementation of our ongoing learning for the largest partners that Palo Alto Networks has to offer.

    YOU WILL USE THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARES/SERVICES TO AID WITH DATA ENTRY, VALIDATION, DEDUCTION FOR BUSINESS REASONINGS, AND MARKETING EFFORTS:

    • Salesforce

    • LIVE Community

    • Google Suite

    • Tableau

    • Adobe Suite

    OUR SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM FROM MAY-AUGUST OR JUNE-SEPTEMBER PROVIDES YOU:

    • 1:1 mentorship

    • Fun and engaging events that inspire your intellectual curiosity

    • The opportunity to expand your knowledge and work on challenging projects

    • Connections to other interns, and employees across the company as well as our leaders

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Aid CPSP GSI / SP / MSSP team with lead generation and outreach coordination of the largest partners in our ecosystem and help drive additional business development initiatives created by the team (25% of time)

    • Help with data entry for Standards of Performance, Partner Specializations, Key Points of Contact, tracking of progress for KPIs (10%)

    • Lead efforts on CPSP permissions and SSO errors with Partner Service Managers within SFDC, CSP accounts, and LIVE community (10%)

    • Aid in presentations and be ambassador of the CPSP Program to Global Partners (5%)

    • Copywriting and social media management (5%)

    • Sourcing localized materials for CPSP LIVE Community and aiding with cultivation of localization board (10%)

    • Assist Data Analyst team when needed (30%)

    • Workshop enablement (10%)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in Google Suite

    • Experience with Adobe Suite

    • Classroom or real-life experience in marketing, business development, or project management

    • Capable of multitasking multiple projects with short deadlines

    • Base understanding of Palo Alto Networks product speedboats/offerings

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • To apply, you must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above, and returning to school in the fall

    Disclosure required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum compensation (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) for this role to be located in the state of Colorado. If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $25/hr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
