Job Requirements

• Be a college senior or a recent college graduate obtaining a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution. Preferred applicant will have majored in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field of study

• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem solving and creative skills.

• The ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.

• Strong ability to work in changing environment and see through complexity.

• Ability to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of the organization and help drive change.

• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word tools.

• Willingness to relocate within the company's geographic footprint.
